I moved into consultancy more than 10 years ago following a succession of innovation, strategy and marketing roles for big companies. I focus on brand and business growth challenges and have led projects, workshops or academies for companies such as Unilever, Tesco, Starbucks, GSK, Essity, Mars, Zoopla, Lloyds Bank, Barclays, Axa, Legal & General, Perrigo, Nestle and M&G. I am based in the UK and work primarily across Europe.
The work I do is diverse but the consistent elements are connection and collaboration. I focus on making the most of an organisation’s collective knowledge to enable strategic choices, identify opportunities, develop ideas and solve challenging problems. Facilitation is critical to creating the collaboration I need for success. With the right insights, structure and behaviours I find teams can deliver ambitious outcomes in limited time. My workshop and panel participants have included FTSE CEOs, startup founders, industry experts and co-creating consumers.
What motivates me is supporting team and individual achievement. Delivering change and innovation within a big organisation is difficult. I want those I support to be more confident in their direction, to see more value in their contribution and feel ready for their next challenges.
