The scope of a ‘brand universe’ provides a lot of freedom. Business models, strategy choices, purpose and communication all comfortably fit. Behavioural influences and barriers are also in the mix. To innovate you need resilience, curiosity and more. To grow a brand you ultimately need to get people to change their behaviour.
